The State Rail Plan is being developed in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders to satisfy all federal guidelines and support future planning, policies, and investment in Louisiana’s passenger and freight rail system. The planning effort will assess the existing and future conditions of the rail system and identify and prioritize projects, policies, and strategies to support Louisiana’s rail-related goals.
